GenAI for Entrepreneurs is a practical, hands-on course designed for small business owners and founders. In this course, you will explore tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Canva AI, among others. You'll learn to use these tools in straightforward, practical ways and leave with ready-to-use resources for your own business.
This course spans 8 weeks and combines on-demand content with weekly live sessions to enhance your learning experience.

Each week features 3-5 hours of self-directed learning via on-demand videos, quizzes and exercises, followed by a 1-hour live workshop and Q&A session at the end of the week.

In-Person Launch
To kick off the course, there will be 4 workshops and networking sessions across Scotland in Inverness, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Galashiels. In these sessions, you'll get to meet your fellow entrepreneurs as well as get an intro to the course content and a first live workshop.

Intro to AI & Ethics
In this module, you will explore the basics of artificial intelligence and large language models, learning their functionalities and applications. You will discover best practices for using AI tools effectively and ethically, including techniques for writing clear prompts and evaluating the accuracy of the information received.

Branding Part 1
In this module, we will explore how to use Generative AI for creating unique business branding and logo designs. We will also discuss how it can enhance your social media presence, allowing you to engage with your audience and promote your brand effectively.

Branding Part 2
In this module, we will explore how AI can assist you in creating an effective and visually appealing website, even if you don't have design skills. We will guide you through various AI tools and demonstrate how to use them effectively, as well as explain when it's best to involve a human touch to complete the project.

Live Q&A and
Optional Module: Vibe Coding
You may have heard that vibe coding is very popular. In this optional module, we will guide you through the excitement surrounding vibe coding and demonstrate how you can use it to create simple tools and prototypes.

If that's not your cup of tea, don't worry - we'll have two live Q&A sessions to help you out with anything you're stuck on, and we may even bring in a guest speaker.

Marketing
In this module, we will explore how generative AI can enhance your market research. You will learn to use AI tools to uncover valuable insights about customer preferences and challenges, and identify trends. This knowledge will empower you to make informed decisions and improve customer engagement.

Data & Storytelling
Learn how to interpret the data coming from your website and users with a bit of assistance from AI, and turn that data into a story you can share with others.

We'll go through how to create visualisations as well as how to identify useful trends.

Course Showcase
Join us for the final session of the course in person in Perth (location to be confirmed), where you will have the opportunity to showcase your business and the work you've completed throughout the course in front of a peer audience. Presenting your work is optional, but it is highly recommended.
